Good floors, good atmosphere, and short trips between venues. We’re proud of us, too.

University Center at Carnegie Mellon University

Workshops, Saturday and Sunday Evening Dances
5032 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213

Carnegie Mellon’s University Center, Rangos Ballroom is our main haunt for the weekend. It has a large, flexible floor, a great stage for Miss Freddye to rock on Saturday, and a parking garage next door that’s free for the entire duration of the event. Woohoo! Plus, the University Center has lots of restrooms for refreshing between events and is walking distance to numerous restaurants.

Bulgarian Macedonian National Educational and Cultural Center

Friday Evening and Late Night Dances
451 W 8th Ave, West Homestead, PA 15120

The Bulgarian Center, built in 1935, has undergone significant renovations, including the hardwood dance floor, and houses the largest collection of Bulgarian art, audio recordings, films, videos, costumes, jewelry, books and artifacts in the United States.

A cash bar will also be available during the event.

There is a small parking lot and plenty of street parking nearby!

Wightman School Community Building

Saturday Late Night Dance
5604 Solway St, Pittsburgh, PA 15217

Originally an elementary school named Colfax No. 5, the building was subsequently renamed Wightman School in honor of Thomas Wightman, owner of the Thomas Wightman Glass Company. The gym / ballroom on the 3rd floor is gorgeous and has a beautiful wooden floor and a stage. There is ample street parking. This venue is in a residential neighborhood. Please! Please! Please! Be extra quiet when walking from your car to the dance (and back)!
